ABOUT OUR OFFICE:
Our mission at Pacific Coastal Real Estate is to provide professional, caring representation for each of our clients. Our goal is to provide the best service possible and to be a partner with you every step of the way whether you’re listing your property for sale or purchasing a property. We opened our office 1/1/2007 with most of us having worked for other offices previously. Between us, we have over 50 years of experience in all aspects of real estate.
 
 
FOR BUYERS:
We can help with commercial investments big and small including motel/hotel sales. All of our brokers work with multi-family properties as well as in selling businesses. We can help you locate a luxury property. We can help you locate the perfect piece of land or your dream home. We have a lot of nice properties listed for sale and we also may know of some that are coming on the market or are "pocket listings" in our office, so let us know if you'd like to hear about these properties. We can also email you instantly whenever a new property that you may like comes on the market, a favorite option of buyers. The bank owned properties are currently selling quickly, so being notified when one comes on the market gives buyers an advantage in that they can get an offer in quickly. We will help you in whatever way works best for you.
 
 
FOR SELLERS:
We can provide you with a free market analysis of your property and provide you with information on what other similar properties are selling for so you can decide whether a move is a good idea for you or not. We can advise you on ways to make your property more marketable.

We believe in a strong internet presence as well as good old fashioned personally calling on clients. Our listings, depending on property type, appear on over 60 well known plus international web sites including but not limited to www.zillow.com, www.realtor.com which receives over 6,000,000 visits per year (for homes and land), www.loopnet.com (a large extremely popular site for commercial/investment properties), www.luxuryhomes.com (for homes over $500,000), www.treb.com, www.wsj.com (wall street journal), www.uniquehomes.com, www.trulia.com, www.horseproperties.com (horse properties) , www.bobvila.comwww.rwre.com (a website designed for properties on the South Coast) as well as on our own websites and any others we feel are suited to your property. On Realtor.com, we have purchased “featured home” spots so that whenever a client searches for a property, if yours is something similar, your listing appears at the top of each page giving your listing about 19 times the exposure of those without this service. Buyers from all over the world have easy access to our listings. Our company websites include: www.PacificCoastalRealEstate.com & www.RealEstateGoldBeach.com. A Pacific Coastal Real Estate Luxury Properties website is in the works. We are also on facebook under the same title.
 
We also may advertise in any newspaper and/or catalogs we feel may be of help including our Pacific Coastal Real Estate glossy color booklet featuring just our listings. We also may make a postcard/brochure/website for your listing and mail it to appropriate parties or work with you on special advertising that may work best for your particular property. We also have a flyer prepared for each property and share listing information with all interested brokers.
 
For our luxury listings, we are also marketing those via email blasts to targeted markets as well as sometime even hand carrying brochures to luxury brokers in key market areas (for us that’s Orange County/LA/Napa/Medford/Etc.) These markets change as does our marketing. We have also run ads in various magazines (ie:Hemispheres Magazine- the United Airlines magazine, Unique Homes Magazine). We are open to working with sellers to find the best marketing method for each individual property.
 
Our newest technological addition is a mobile app you can download on itunes or on the appstore on an iphone. 
 
Via our international and local websites, property tours, printed advertising, the nationwide realtor multiple listing service, the local listing services and a great group of cooperating brokers, your property gets excellent exposure around the world.
